MakingChange Selects Ralph Galloway as Board Member

Ellicott City resident is finance executive, former Marriott senior manager

MakingChange, a nonprofit in Howard County which empowers individuals and families to achieve financial stability, has selected Ellicott City resident Ralph E. Galloway to join the Board of Directors.

Galloway, a finance executive, served as Senior Manager of Special Projects Lodging Accounting for Marriott International, Inc., and Senior Manager of Accounting Services at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, LLC, among other professional positions. His community activities have included Leadership Howard County, Rebuilding Together/Christmas in April and Habitat for Humanity.

MakingChange financial wellness seminars are offered in schools, human service agencies, businesses and elsewhere as requested. The organization is currently conducting Moderate Income Housing Unit (MIHA) program homebuyers workshops for prospective homeowners and offering free tax preparation services at the MultiService Center in North Laurel and at the NonProfit Collaborative offices in Columbia.
