Man Faces Murder Charges After Fatal Shooting: Howard County Police

A Howard County man faces murder charges after he fatally shot another man, police say.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A 23-year-old Woodstock man faces one charge of first-degree murder and one charge of using a firearm while committing a felony after police say he and another man had sex with a woman, then argued later that morning, which led to one man shooting the other.

According to Fox 45 News, Timothy Brice and the victim, Azayn Antrobus, had sex with a woman at an apartment in Cockeysville early in the morning Dec. 7. The woman told police that the men argued later in the morning and then Brice pulled out a gun and shot Antrobus.

Police say they tracked Brice down after the woman dialed 911 while she was in a vehicle with him, according to court documents. While no one spoke with the 911 operator, the dispatcher heard a man and woman speaking about a shooting and believed the woman was being held captive.
