'Person In Distress' Is Mannequin: HoCo Fire & Rescue
BREAKING: Howard County fire and rescue personnel are conducting an exercise off Little Patuxent Parkway.

COLUMBIA, MD — If you see someone who appears to be in need of a rescue Wednesday morning near Lake Kittamaqundi, it may be a mannequin.
The Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services is conducting a training exercise at 10227 Wincopin Circle. The training focuses on high-angle rescues, according to a statement from the department.
"We are using a mannequin to resemble a person in distress," officials said at 9 a.m.
