Rec And Park Dept. To Discuss Budget, Improvement Plan Dec. 11

COLUMBIA, MD — The public is invited to attend a public hearing Dec. 11 at 7 p.m. to learn more about Howard County's fiscal year 2021 capital budget and the 2021-2030 capital improvement program for the recreation and parks department.

Residents can sign up online to speak at the hearing or provide online testimony instead starting Nov. 20. Residents who do not wish to sign up online will still be able to sign up in person the night of the public hearing starting at 6:30 p.m. Residents can view a draft of the capital budget online starting Wednesday at www.howardcountymd.gov/advisoryboard.
