Reward Increased To $10K For Information About Columbia Shooting

COLUMBIA, MD — Howard County police have doubled the reward up to $10,000 for information about the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Juan Michael Ross Oct. 4 in Columbia. Officers were called to the 9600 block of Basket Ring Road at approximately 2:37 p.m. about a man who had been shot outside a residence. Ross, of Jessup, was pronounced dead at the scene.
