Road Rage Incident With Gun Leads To Conviction Of Howard County Man
A Howard County man has been found guilty in connection to a road rage incident involving a gun, prosecutors say.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A 52-year-old Cooksville man has been found guilty in a road rage incident involving a handgun.
On Feb. 5, Howard County Police investigated a report of a road rage incident involving a gun. The victim told police the driver of a Toyota Camry had been driving aggressively toward her on Route 40 westbound near Frederick Road. While she was stopped at a traffic light, the driver of the Camry pointed a gun at her. The victim took off and called 911, the prosecution shared.
Police eventually identified the suspect as Eric Vacarro Henson. After executing a search warrant at Henson's home, they found a handgun registered to him, detectives stated. He has been found guilty of first-degree assault and other firearm-related charges. Henson will be sentenced July 19.
