Rotary Club of Columbia Patuxent Awards Grants
Grassroots gets funds for makeover project at Day Resource Center.
The Rotary Club of Columbia Patuxent recently distributed grant funds to local nonprofits including Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center. Sandy McAlister of Keller Williams (left) and Anna Katz of Grassroots received the $1,000 check from Rotarian Darrell Nevin. The money will be used to repair and refurbish the three bathrooms at the Grassroots Day Resource Center. Keller Williams representatives will work on the community service project on May 14, which is the company’s RED (Renew, Energize and Donate) Day.
