Savage's River Front Apartments Bought, Will Undergo Improvements

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A residential apartment community along the banks of the Little Patuxent River not far from the Historic Savage Mill Shops & Dining will undergo an improvement process now that they've been bought by Blue Ocean. The River Front Apartments is a 144-unit waterfront and gated community just a few miles from downtown Columbia.

While such plans are preliminary, in a press release, the company stated it plans to "make meaningful quality of life improvements across the property, making it a "premier" residential apartment community.
