Six high school seniors from Howard County will serve as pages during Maryland's 2023 legislative session.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Six high school seniors will serve as Maryland General Assembly pages for the 2023 legislative session.
A tradition since 1970, the page program gives students a glimpse at the democratic process as they fulfill duties such as passing memos, filing papers and conducting research for two weeks during the legislative period.
This year's Howard County pages are Lynelle Essilfie (Reservoir High School), Cate Harris (Long Reach High School), Lauren Johnson (Hammond High School), Vedant Patel (Marriotts Ridge High School), Maya Santhanam (Centennial High School) and Oliver Song (Wilde Lake High School). Zachary Schulman of Glenelg Country School is an alternate.
