Student Members of Horizon Councils Attend Orientation

Sharing information about health and wellness in Howard County is focus of Horizon Councils.

Student members on the Horizon Councils, community-based advisory groups to The Horizon Foundation, met recently at the Roger Carter Community Center for their annual orientation. Adult members of the Horizon Councils represent business, civic, education, faith, health, human services and other organizations in the community. The Horizon Foundation is an independent philanthropy dedicated to improving the health and wellness of people living or working in Howard County.

Attending the student orientation were (standing back row from l.)
