Suspect in Columbia Parking Lot Assault Sought: PHOTO
Police ask for help identifying the man accused in a recent crime near Columbia Exxon.

COLUMBIA, MD — The Howard County Police Department is asking for help identifying the suspect in an assault reported outside a Columbia gas station.
The crime occurred in the parking lot at Exxon in the 6000 block of Foreland Garth, according to police.
Officials said that the suspect approached a man in the parking lot, assaulted him and left at approximately 1 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 23.

The victim sustained minor injuries, police reported.
