Teen Charged With Murder In Double Shooting At Inner Harbor Promenade: Police

A Howard County teenager faces several charges related to the double shooting Memorial Day weekend at the Inner Harbor Promenade.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD —A 15-year-old Howard County teen has been arrested by Baltimore Police for the double shooting at the Inner Harbor promenade Memorial Day weekend that left one teen dead and another injured.

The teen has been charged with first-degree murder and other related offenses in the shooting of 17-year-old Neal Mack III on May 28. A 17-year-old girl also was shot but survived.
