Tornado Watch in Effect for Most of Maryland
Weather alert: There may be tornadoes and severe storms on Wednesday.
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for much of Maryland.
The following counties are included in the tornado watch, effective until 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 24:
- Anne Arundel
- Baltimore
- Calvert
- Caroline
- Carroll
- Cecil
- Charles
- Frederick
- Harford
- Howard
- Kent
- Montgomery
- Prince George’s
- Queen Anne’s
- St. Mary’s
- Talbot
Baltimore City is also under the tornado watch.
