COLUMBIA, MD — A broken water main is causing lane closures Wednesday afternoon in Columbia, according to Howard County government officials.
The utility break was reportedly on Snowden River Parkway at MD 108, where lane closures are expected through rush hour.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area.
