Training Underway On Wincopin Circle
Don't be alarmed by the emergency vehicles at the building near Whole Foods, fire officials say.
COLUMBIA, MD — Special operations personnel are training inside the building at 10227 Wincopin Circle on Wednesday, officials say. The Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services announced that it was hosting a training there until 4 p.m.
In addition to Howard County first responders, collapse rescue teams from Anne Arundel and Prince George's County will be on-site, officials advised.
Last month, Howard County fire and rescue crews were also training at the building, which is located across the parking lot from Whole Foods by Lake Kittamaqundi.
