U.S. Post Office In Savage Robbed: Police
A masked man armed with a gun stole money orders from the U.S. Post Office in Savage Dec. 17.
SAVAGE, MD — The United States Post Office in Savage was robbed by a masked man Tuesday. A post office employee told Howard County police officers that a man with his face partially covered came into the post office, walked up to the counter, pulled out a gun and demanded that the employee hand over money orders.
The employee complied with his demands and then the suspect took off. Police are searching for the suspect believed to be in his 20s, approximately 6'3 with an average build.
