Unsolved I-95 Shooting Death Case Prompts Police To Ask For Help Finding Suspect

The Maryland State Police asks that anyone with information about a fatal shooting in January along I-95 contact detectives.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Detectives with the Maryland State Police's homicide unit ask that anyone with information about a fatal shooting that happened almost a year ago along I-95 contact them.

On Jan. 30 at approximately 3:40 p.m., Charles Harrison Marks IV, 42, of Pasadena was heading northbound on I-95 in the area of Route 100 near Elkridge when he was shot through an open driver's side window. There were no other bullet holes found on the outside of the white cargo van he was driving, the police department noted.

Police do not have a description of the suspects or the vehicle involved in the shooting. Anyone with information should call or text 410-929-0802. All callers can remain confidential.
