Vantage House Named a "Top Workplace" by Sun

Vantage House senior living community has been named one of the top places to work in the Baltimore region by The Baltimore Sun. Vantage House, which is located in Downtown Columbia, was founded in 1990 and is a nonprofit serving people 60 and older.

Employee surveys were conducted by WorkplaceDynamics on behalf of The Baltimore Sun to identify the large, midsize and small employers deserving of recognition. Vantage House, which has 172 employees, was ranked 16th of the 25 midsize employers honored.

Vantage House is a full service life plan community, with long-term health services available exclusively for its residents should they need them. The community is noted for its arts, cultural and educational activities, as well as for resident engagement with the larger community of Columbia.
