Walker Shot On Howard County Trail Dies 12 Days Later
A man who was shot walking along a Howard County trail has died. Police are seeking information about his shooter.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The man who was shot while walking along a footpath near the 5200 block of Eliots Oak Road Jan. 19 has died. Zavian Hagins, 21, was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital in critical condition.
Detectives do not believe the shooting was random, according to the Howard County Police Department. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police at 410-313-STOP or HCPDCrimeTips@howardcountymd.gov.
