WANTED: Columbia Home Invasion Suspect Information
The Howard County Police Department is offering a $5,000 reward.

Recently, police said a man rang a doorbell in Columbia; and when the resident came to the door, he forced his way inside.
Armed with a gun, the man assaulted the resident and stole her purse, according to police.

Now, the Howard County Police Department is offering $5,000 for information about the suspect.
The home invasion reportedly occurred at 8:17 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, in the 5800 block of Morningbird Lane. The suspect was armed with a handgun and dressed in black hooded sweatshirt and pants, police said.

He is described as follows:
- Build—Stocky
- Height—5’11” to 6’
- Race—Unknown
