Argument at Popeyes Leads to Man's Stabbing
Anne Arundel County Police say an assailant followed a man home and stabbed him after they argued in a Laurel parking lot.

A near-collision in the parking lot of the Laurel Popeyes led to a man trailing the other driver home and stabbing him, say Anne Arundel County Police.
Officers were called about 2:52 p.m. Nov. 20 to the 3100 block of Lunar Court in Laurel for a report of a stabbing. The 37-year-old male victim from Laurel told police he argued with an unknown man at the Popeyes restaurant in the 3300 block of Laurel Fort Meade Road.
The argument was reportedly sparked by the victim nearly colliding with the suspect’s vehicle in the Popeyes parking lot, after he used the drive-through lane. The victim didn’t realize the attacker followed him home, until he was confronted in his driveway. Police say the male suspect used a small knife to stab the victim twice in the upper arm and once in the lower portion of his body.
