Crofton Described In 1 Word: Crowded, Proud, Overdeveloped
We asked Crofton Patch readers to describe the community in one word. Responses ranged from to busy to home. What would you say?

CROFTON, MD — We asked Crofton Patch readers to describe their community in one word, and you answered. In fact, the responses were overwhelming when we posed the question on Facebook, with responses ranging from too crowded and too much traffic to Mayberry.
Patch got dozens of comments that included home, traffic, Mayberry, and a restaurant wasteland. Ouch.
Overall readers say the town is overdeveloped and crowded, although some residents chastised the haters. Other commenters praised its sense of family and community, and reminded neighbors that Crofton is about to get its own high school.
