Crofton Site Sells For More Than $22 Million

ANNE ARUNDEL CO., MD — A prime commercial and office site in Crofton was recently sold for millions of dollars.

The Hyatt Commercial real estate agency on Monday announced the portfolio sale of the Crofton Route 3 Center, two office properties, and an auto park.

The massive sale closed to the tune of $22.5 million.

The portfolio had been owned by the Macquilliam family for decades.

“This property has been part of our family for many years,” said Dan MacQuilliam, the property's now former landlord.

“Therefore, it was important to work with a team we trusted to guide the process. Hyatt Commercial understood the property’s significance and helped ensure a smooth transition.”

Moving forward, Hyatt Commercial will provide management services, with officials handling leasing opportunities.
