Regal Cinemas To Host Pre-Opening Events
The grand opening of the new movie theater at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre in Gambrills is set for Sept. 14.
Finishing touches to the new movie theater in Gambrills are in process and by Regal Entertainment Group. The theater at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre is set for a grand opening on Sept. 14, but there will be opportunities to catch a flick before then.

Preview events held Sept. 10-12 will offer movie tickets, popcorn and soft drinks for just $2 each—with all proceeds going to the following charities: Boys and Girls Clubs of Anne Arundel County, Got Your 6—Military Support and Grants 4 Teachers of Anne Arundel County. The theater will feature IMAX and IMAX 3-D movies, stadium-style seating (to help provide an unobstructed view), kiosks with fully-automated ticket purchasing, advance tickets by phone or through REGmovies.com, and a party room.
