Dundalk Man Faces 17 Charges in Jimmy's Seafood Brawl

Baltimore Police said 30-year-old Dundalk man was taken into custody connected to Oct. 9 stabbings at restaurant.

A Dundalk man is being held without bail in Baltimore City in connection with stabbings at Jimmyโ€™s Seafood earlier this month, police said.

Kevin Tusing, 30, has been charged with 17 offenses, from a sex offense to attempted murder, in the multiple stabbings at the seafood restaurant on Holabird Avenue.

Five people were hospitalized after an incident at the restaurant that reportedly started when a man was trying to grope a woman and an employee intervened, at which point the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed people.

Baltimore Police said its warrant apprehension task force arrested Tusing, who lives in the 6600 block of Danville Avenue, on Friday, Oct. 16, and as of Sunday, Oct. 18, he was being held at central booking without bail.

Tusing is charged with three counts of attempted first-degree murder, three counts of first-degree assault, five counts of second-degree assault, five counts of using a deadly weapon with intent to injure and a fourth-degree sex offense, according to court records.

Tusing is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing Nov. 17 in Baltimore City District Court.
