Don't Trash Our Dundalk Resource Fair (FREE and Discounted Trash Cans)

The Earth Week Resource Fair at the Sollers Point Multi-purpose Center, 323 Sollers Point Rd., is our kick-off event for Eastside Earth Week. 'Don't Trash Our Dundalk' is the battle cry for the resource fair and for the week that follows (let's apply that idea everywhere!).


This is the culmination of a whole initiative about rat reduction and proper trash disposal. It's a community project that involves schools, community associations, and artist! Be part of the outreach/educational efforts that aim to tackle this issue on many levels.

  • Opporunity to recieve a FREE or DISCOUNT 30 gal. metal trash can! Supplies are limited. If you live in Turner Station, DunLogan, Old Dundalk, St. Helena, Boston Courts, or Gray Manor you may be eligible for a FREE trash can! All other residents in the 21222 or 21219 zip code are elibgible for a discounted trash.

  • Art  displays from Dundalk Elementary, Holabird Middle School, Eastwood Elementary, and Patapsco High School

  • Get answers from reps of Baltimore County Dept. of Code Enforcement and Baltimore County Dept. of Solid Waste

  • FREE “Dealing with Difficult Neighbors and Situations” workshop by the Conflict  Resolution Center of Baltimore County

  • Recycling games and gardening activities for kids of all ages

  • Live music from the John Stricker Middle School Steel Drum Band and the Acoustic Guitar and Music Group

  • Raffle for an autographed Ray Lewis football, food, fun, and more!
