Victim Died in Sparrows Point Industrial Accident: Officials
Public safety personnel were called to fatal industrial accident at metal processing facility in Baltimore County.
SPARROWS POINT, MD — Baltimore County first responders were at the scene of an industrial accident Wednesday afternoon near Edgemere in which one person died, officials reported.
Authorities said they were called to Maryland Metals in the 4400 block of North Point Boulevard at 2:38 p.m.
An approximately 20-year-old individual was trapped in machinery and has been pronounced deceased, according to Baltimore County Fire Captain Julia Dillard.
