Prep Wrestling: Sparrows Point Places 2nd in Dundalk Duals

Over the weekend, Dundalk hosted the Dundalk Duals, a dual meet tournament featuring all three of the local schools. Mount Vernon won the tournament going an impressive 8-0, while Sparrows Point finished second at 7-1, Dundalk fourth at 6-2 and Patapsco last at 0-8.

The Pointers finished with six place winners, including champions Jon Sidelinker (113), Shane Hammer (152), Teddy Cadd (160), second place finishers Chris Long (132),  Nate Borkowicz (170) and James Krug (182) and fourth place finisher Brent Kline (106).

Dundalk placers included Blake Mason (120), Alfred Martinez (126), Joe Doetsch (195), Sean Miskimon (220) and Wayne Maddox (285) who all took second.

Patapsco's Andy Frasier (132) won his weight class while teammate Austin Troutman (220) finished third.
