Is Governor OMalley making a real run for President? Maybe? Here is how I see it. OGUV first supported Hilliary for President. Then for the second go around supported President Obama. Right now OGUV has about 9000$ in his federal committee according to the January, 2013 campaign reports with the State Board of Elections. It is a start. But a long way to go.
