• Baltimore County plans water main fixes in Dundalk area (wbaltv.com) — Edgemere residents are part of a major push to fix aging water mains after weeks of disruptive breaks across Dundalk, Edgemere, and Sparrows Point. Baltimore County is rolling out multi-year replacement projects and has already completed upgrades, including new mains in Edgemere, while city and county crews analyze recent failures and plan construction into 2027.
   

• Donald Dana Cooper 1968-2026 (fcfreepresspa.com) — Edgemere is quietly noted here as the hometown of a 1986 Sparrows Point High School graduate, Donald “Coop” Cooper, whose life is being remembered after his passing at 57.
