Anne Arundel Schools Alter Monday Schedule

Arundel County Public Schools is sending staff members home two hours early and canceling activities Monday, Jan. 26, because of the snowy weather.

All school-sponsored activities and events – including athletic and extracurricular activities and employee trainings – scheduled for Monday afternoon and evening are canceled. Unit III employees must remain at or report to their work locations as required by the negotiated agreement, school officials say.

Students are on semester break Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 26 and 27.

Employees are scheduled to work those days, although that could be altered by predicted snowfall.
