A Special Day For The SRYA

Seahawk Saturday is on it's way! Are you an able body or local business willing to help out?

The Edgewater community loves their youth sports and there is one day a year to show that love and flaunt the Seahawk pride. The 2nd Annual Seahawk Saturday is currently in it's planning stages.

Seahawk Saturday is a day to honor the SRYA, it's families and athletes and it's community. It's a day full of good food, fun activities for the kids and various sporting events throughout the and school complexes. The 2nd Annual Seahawk Saturday will be held on April 21 from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Games will be held intermittently throughout the day. There will be many vendors set up around the grounds for folks to peruse the many fine products and services. Many of those vendors are giving a portion of their proceeds to SRYA so a purchase from you is a donation to the SRYA. Raffles will be going on throughout the day for prizes donated by local businesses.

The Seahawk Saturday planning committee is putting out their call for volunteers and local vendors. Seahawk Saturday is a huge day. Volunteers are desperately needed and appreciated. The planning committee is also seeking local vendors and asking that they donate a portion of their sales to the SRYA. Home-based businesses are welcome as well. Seahawk Saturday is an amazing opportunity for local and home-based businesses to reach out to the community and share their products and services. Be sure to pull out of few of your best selling items to donate to the SRYA raffles!
