  How do they bake ice cream cakes without the ice cream melting?                                                    Emma

Dear Emma,

  I'm not sure but I think they put all the dough and ice cream in the oven to bake and they pull it out before all the ice cream melts!  Then, they heave it all into the freezer for a few hours and then the mold it into the shape of a cake!  I'm guessing here but that might be how it's done.  Hmmmm...I think I'll make myself a nice bowl of chocolate ice cream...   Er, have a nice day!   Aunt Gabby
