Dear Francois,
With all due respect to zee people of France, I have never eaten Escargot! When I see it on menus, I think of Lucille Ball in "I Love Lucy" as she tried to eat Escargot once and exclaimed, "One of your cousins ate my Geranium!" I do have snails in my aquarium and they are happy little critters! Does that count?
