We know it has been awhile but we have been busy with field hockey, paddle boarding and of course school work.
Sarah: Of all the times I have eaten at The Steak House in Edgewater, I have never ordered a cheese steak. It was OK. The steak was a bit greasy. So much so that it soaked through the bun so the bun split at the bottom. This made it difficult to eat. There was way too much cheese and the roll didn't seem all that fresh. All in all though it did taste good. However, I am not sure that I would order another cheese steak when I visit The Steak House next time. Overall I give it a 2.7 out of 5 on our top-secret rating scale.
Madeline: My opinion was a little different than Sarah’s. I think I was a lot hungrier than Sarah. I thought the cheesesteak was pretty good. Like Sarah, I also thought it was a bit too greasy but oddly, I kind of liked it that way. The meat was very tender. At first I thought the meat to cheese ratio was okay. Even after I took the first bite it seemed perfect but the rest of it was just way too much cheese on top. If I could have taken off just a little cheese, I would have really liked it…you know I want my cheesesteak meat and cheese to mingle. Overall I give it a 3.7 out of 5 on our top-secret rating scale.
