Trio Competes in a Tri
A family focused on fitness competes in their first triathlon.
The streets of downtown Annapolis will be filled with triathletes tomorrow morning. Welcome back Annapolis Triathlon, we’ve missed you. Several residents from Edgewater and Davidsonville are planning to compete in tomorrow’s event. A father and his two sons, Bill, Tyler, and Brett Hardy will be on the course for their first triathlon. After a lifestyle transformation the trio has developed a passion for competitive fitness.
In preparation for the event, the trio trained at Edgewater Fitness with spin classes, treadmill workouts, and strength training classes. The Hardys are registered and physically ready to race but remembering what to bring to a triathlon is just as nerve wracking as being at the swim start. Here’s an essential packing list of the stuff you’ll need if you are joining the Hardys for the Annapolis Triathlon tomorrow.
GOOD LUCK!!
