Child Porn Charges Filed Against South County Man

An Anne Arundel County man faces multiple child pornography charges after police received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about the alleged possession and distribution of child pornography from a site in the county.

Child abuse detectives executed a search warrant Friday at the residence of Sergei William Noack, 22, of 265 N. Owensville Road in West River.

Detectives reportedly seized computer equipment as potential evidence, finding apparent images of child pornography on the devices. Evidence recovered from computers found at the residence indicated the suspect was sharing these images on the internet, police say.

Noack was charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography.
