Cornerstone Theatre in Davidsonville—hosted by —will present When Christmas Left Rattler Canyon on Dec. 9, 10 and 11. Tickets are available now for $10, with discounts available for students.
The holiday play is directed by Kyle Durbin. It starts off in Rattler Canyon, where the mayor has gambled away the town to Big Bad Ben, the meanest guy in the west. Ben hates Christmas—so he cancels it.
Diamond Dan comes to the rescue—he's the town's only hope, but he's lost his gumption since a run-in with the evil Ringo Sisters, Isabella and Rexella.

The owner of the local saloon, Johnny, asks for a sign from the good Lord to show them how to get Christmas back. A young couple, Joey and Marie, walk in and Marie is clearly pregnant. They are looking for a place to stay for the night. Sadly, there are no vacancies at the saloon, so Johnny directs them to a shed out back.
Is this starting to sound familiar?

The Christmas story retold in a lighthearted story about bad guys changing their ways and a lost family who find one another.
Just when it seems Christmas, the town and Diamond Dan’s life are all about to go down the drain, a miracle happens—a baby enters the world, just when he’s needed most.
The show should be fun for the whole family. And don't you want to see how the folks from Rattler Canyon saved one Christmas?
