Driver Error Cited in Single-Vehicle Crash Near Lothian
Anne Arundel County Police say the driver suffered life-threatening injuries after his pickup truck rolled several times.

A Glen Burnie man suffered serious injuries after he rolled his pickup truck Friday morning on Southern Maryland Boulevard near Mount Zion Marlboro Road in Lothian.
Anne Arundel County Police say the 2003 Dodge pickup driven by David Paul Bartlett, 48, of the 300 block of Gatewater Court in Glen Burnie was southbound on Southern Maryland Boulevard (Rte. 4.
The vehicle swerved off the road into a grassy median and then veered back onto the road. Investigators say Bartlett overcorrected the steering, sending the vehicle back into the median, where it rolled several times.

Bartlett suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash, and is listed in critical condition at University of Maryland Shock Trauma.
