Shady Side, MD – May 2, 2012 –Rhythm on the River, a fundraising event for the West/Rhode RIVERKEEPER, will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 from 5:00– 8:00 p.m. at Hartge’s Yacht Harbor, in Galesville, MD.
The event will be a casual riverfront party featuring live music featuring delta blues band, Swampcandy, and a food buffet and bar.
We will also be raffling off a Liquidlogic sea kayak at the event. You can buy your raffle tickets now on our website or that evening.

Tender service will be available for those who want to arrive by boat (VHF Ch. 71). Blankets and chairs are encouraged to soak up the view and settle on the lawn to an enjoyable evening of music, food and friends.
Tickets for the event are $40/person ($20 7-10 yrs) and must be purchased in advance by calling the WR Riverkeeper office or by going to the website at www.westrhoderiverkeeper.org.
