Football State Playoff Bracket Set—South River to Face Old Mill Friday

High school teams will begin their quest for a state title as the MPSSAA football championship tournament begins Friday.

South River got seeded fourth in the region, and will face top seed Old Mill at 7 p.m. on Friday in Millersville.

Arundel High was named the second seed and will face third seeded North Point Friday at Arundel.

The winners of those games will play the following weekend.

Seedings were determined by a combination of wins, strength of schedule and strength of victory.
