Londontown Symphony's Final Concert Set for Sunday
Three pieces will be played, an overture a symphony and a piano solo; tickets still available.
The Londontowne Symphony Orchestra will have its final concert of the season at 3 p.m. on Sunday at . The all-volunteer orchestra of professional and student musicians will feature three powerful and pioneering works by composers including Glinka’s Overture to Ruslan and Lyudmilla, Saint-Saens’ Piano Concerto No. 2, and Gand Shostakovich’s Fifth Symphony.
Riva Trace Baptist Church's music director William Bloomquist will be the featured soloist.
Tickets are available at $15 for adults, $10 for seniors. Students are free with a paying adult.
