• Misty Morning Marina In Edgewater Sells For $1.1 Million (patch.com) — Edgewater boaters may notice big changes at Misty Morning Marina, which just sold for $1.1 million and includes nearly 700 feet of waterfront, two piers, a boat ramp, and a renovated 3,200-square-foot building. The Selby Bay property, now owned by AYB Marina LLC and neighboring Burr Yacht Sales, remains commercially zoned with direct Chesapeake Bay access, underscoring Edgewater's role in the region's boating economy.
