Police are searching for a man who took photos underneath a woman's dress while she shopped inside a department store.
When, Where to See Blue Angels, Plus Traffic Changes
Road and bridge closures and boating restrictions on local waterways will start Tuesday during events tied to graduation at the U.S. Naval Academy, including aerial performances by the Blue Angels. The Navy's elite flight demonstration squadron will perform above the Severn River, Tuesday, May 22, and Wednesday, May 23. These events are free and open to the public.

Nearly 890,000 Marylanders will get away between May 24 and 28, the highest number of Memorial Day weekend travelers since 2001. To avoid big traffic jams heading to the Eastern Shore, you should be on the road before Thursday morning, state highway officials say.
Police Identify Slain Officer, Teen Charged
Baltimore County police have identified the police officer killed in the line of duty Monday. Police Officer First Class Amy Caprio was responding to a suspicious vehicle call on Linwen Way in Perry Hall when she was killed. A Baltimore teen is being charged in her death.

Adnan Syed's Freedom Depends On State's Attorney Race
Adnan Syed, the "Serial" subject who was sentenced in 2000 to life in prison for the murder of his ex-girlfriend, may get a break, depending on the Baltimore state's attorney race. The incumbent and two challengers, all Democrats, gave quite different answers on their views of Syed's case, according to reports.
Accused Howard Co. Murderer Arrested In North Carolina: Police
A suspect in the murder of 19-year-old William Riley of Howard County has been arrested in North Carolina, according to a press release from the City of Laurel. Steven Jerome Clark Jr., 18 is in custody and awaiting extradition to Maryland.
