The classes are set up in an 8-week format for one hour a week as an after school session. Two classes will be offered, one for elementary school students (1st -5 th) and one for middle school students (6th-8 th). Classes will consist of a warm up, at least one theater game, and the primary lesson for the day. Each lesson will interconnect providing continual development as the program progresses. The goal of this program is to create a fun, structured learning environment that will teach students theater activities and techniques. As students continue in this class they will learn about and use improvisation, scene work, characterization, and other general basics of theater. These topics will in turn aid them in developing confidence, collaboration, exploration, and imagination.

Class Times:

Middle School:4:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Elementary: 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.

Cost:
$96 ($12 per 1 hour class)
