Social Worker Now Available At Edgewater Library

A social worker will be available at the Edgewater Library to assist individuals and families with a variety of needs.

EDGEWATER, MD — A licensed social worker can now meet with individuals and families at the Edgewater Library thanks to a partnership between the Anne Arundel County Public Library and the county social services department. A similar program has seen positive results at the Brooklyn Park Library.

Social worker Nicole Fogg will be available to connect customers with the services they need to achieve or maintain self-sufficiency economically, physically and socially. Participants can learn about resources available for financial assistance, immigration help, substance abuse counseling and more. Fogg will be at the Edgewater branch Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. She accepts walk-ins and appointments can scheduled at 410.421.8306.
