Springfield Presbyterian Church – New year of Free concerts starts September 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
We welcome Michael Noble, classical pianist, as our artist for the first concert in our 2026-2027 concert series. The concert will include music by Francis Poulenc, Federico Mompou, Luciano Berio, Ennio Morricone and Frederic Rzewski.
His 2026–27 season features solo and chamber performances throughout Belgium, Italy, and the United States — including at the Italian Embassy and the European-American Cultural Foundation — residencies at Georgetown University and the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp, and the release of Homage and Threshold, his fourth and fifth solo albums. A multifaceted artist, Michael has a keen interest in a wide musical spectrum, from Gregorian chant to electronic dance music, and often blends styles in his programs.
As usual, following the concert in our sanctuary, we will provide a reception with lots of good food and time for fellowship.Please come, bring your friends and family to enjoy the concert and refreshments.
