What is Zumba in the Circuit? High-energy, Latin-inspired dance-fitness moves combined with circuit training. Circuit training is a series of strength exercises at intervals.
Participants get the metabolism-boosting, strength-building benefits of circuit training while enjoying Zumba moves - all in the same class!

Guaranteed to blast calories and thwart boredom, Zumba in the Circuit moves students of all fitness levels from one exercise to the next to the thumping beats of reggaeton, salsa, pop, merengue, hip-hop and more.
Class will be held at Freedom Fitness (next to Kmart at Carrolltown Center, 6400 Ridge Road) starting Friday, September 16, 10:15 AM, babysitting is free for registered participants.

A free introductory class will be held at on Friday, September 9, 10:15 AM, led by Breanna Shumpert, Zumba licensed Zumba and Zumba Toning instructor with 15 years of group fitness experience, spirit and enthusiasm.
All equipment will be provided. Space is limited, so register early.
