Liberty High Principal Outlines Successes in 2011

As students head back to class for the first time this year, Principal Thomas Clowes took some time to remind students of some of their successes of 2011.

Here's what he outlined in his January newsletter: 

• 70 percent of AP test takers received a score of three or better.  
• Liberty High School ranked in the top 1,000 high schools in the United States, again.
• Girls' Indoor Track finished second in the State Tournament. 
• Girls' Outdoor Track won the State Meet.
• Four teachers received National Board Certification. 
• The Girls' Cross Country team won the county meet.
