Missing Jogger Found Deceased in Woodbine: Sheriff

The Carroll County Sheriff's Office asks anyone with information to call 410-386-5900.

An out-of-town jogger was found dead in Woodbine Sunday evening, according to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, which reported the man was missing hours before.

Nathan Birmingham, 31, was found deceased at 8:50 p.m., according to the sheriff’s office.

His body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death, according to the report.

Authorities said there were no signs of foul play.

Birmingham had gone out for a jog at 8:30 a.m. and planned to be gone for three hours, according to the sheriff’s office.

Visiting from out of town, Birmingham been staying with his grandparents off Leroy Drive in Woodbine, the sheriff’s office reported. He was found approximately 1 mile from their home, according to the report.
